New Sketchbook

A: Distinguish the front cover from the back cover in some way, and B: Start the sketchbook off on the right foot with a pleasing sketch.

It's a title page...

Yep...this is the cover page for a new story I've been working on. So far I have most of it drafted out but because of my studies it's still a long long long way from being done. Hopefully this summer I'll be able to dedicate more time to it, that and my life in general.  

Oh my goodness it's spring...

Say hello to Max, named after King Max of "Where the Wild Things Are" fame. I'm thinking of doing a small series of monster paintings or something. They will be sold (hopefully) at craft fairs and such this summer for my program's annual fundraiser. (I'm in the IDEA program at Capilano University and we're fundraising for our Grad Show next year). Anyhoo that's about it for now.
